What is your return policy?
All sales are final and we do not allow any returns.
Can I collect?

Are the items new or preloved?
At RERACKED, we have a mix of both. Some items may have been worn once and considered preloved but in excellent condition. Others may still have the tags on them! Each item states the condition on the bottom of the product page.
How do I purchase on Instagram?
Simply comment or DM us ‘SOLD’ on the item you want to purchase and we will send you a direct link to purchase through the website.
How do I know what size I am? Do you have a size guide?
Feel free to message through instagram or email with any size enquiries. We will endeavour to do our best in estimating you size, however, we do believe based on the brand you are purchasing to look at their personal size guide.
Are the items all authentic?
All items are 100% genuine and we always try to get proof of purchase from consignors.
Our team of staff verify the quality of the bag from stitching to letter positioning in logos, serial numbers, care labels, each and every detail is authenticated.
What is the quality of the preloved items sold?
At RERACKED, we are very particular in only accepting items in excellent condition, this includes many items that have never been worn (brand new with tags). We do not accept items that have been altered, stained or torn. This ensures we are selling the best quality preloved item.
How long do you consign items for?
We consign for 6 weeks unless specified.
Do you swap?
Unfortunately, we are unable to swap or exchange products.
What happens if my luxury products are damaged or stolen whilst on consignment?
During the agreed consignment period, RERACKED takes full responsibility for your items.
What is your size range?
We stock a full-size range, averaging from AU 6-14.
